However, we are proud of our long history in the building compliance industry. The company was born out of CoveKinloch New Zealand, established in 2002 as a response to the increasing need for comprehensive compliance solutions businesses looking to navigate the complexities of legal and regulatory frameworks within the Building Industry. CoveKinloch New Zealand quickly became a trusted voice across the industry servicing not only compliance but also fire engineering and building consultancy services.
In 2020, the compliance division of CoveKinloch New Zealand was acquired, marking the beginning of a new chapter under fresh leadership. Building upon the strong foundations and core principles established by the original group, the new ownership has taken this legacy to new heights, refining and expanding its capabilities as a leader in the building compliance industry.
Our commitment to growth and excellence was further solidified in 2024, when Cove Compliance proudly acquired Compliance Consultants. This strategic milestone made Cove Compliance one of the largest independent building compliance companies in New Zealand and was a pivotal step in our ongoing journey to deliver exceptional compliance services, backed by a deep reservoir of expertise and a passion for innovation.
